Yes. FlyTech helps you apply for the RUT deduction and deducts it directly on the invoice. That is why we need your personal identity number when booking.
The hourly rate is 790 SEK incl. VAT. After the RUT deduction you pay 395 SEK per hour. You always receive an estimate before the work continues.
Yes. I come to your home and perform the work on site. If more advanced diagnostics or repair is needed, the equipment may need to be taken with me. You will always be informed before this happens.
If the estimated time is likely to be exceeded, I will contact you before continuing the work so that you can approve the new time and cost frame.
You have 30 days to pay the invoice from the invoice date.
Before the work begins, a backup of your files is always made when possible. Despite this, we recommend that you keep your own up-to-date backup. FlyTech is not responsible for any data loss. The work is carried out via Cool Company, which means the assignment is covered by their liability insurance.
